Gascoigne Melotte has automatic milking systems running on commercial farms since 1992. In this sector they have a leading position. By specialisation and by having a small, but highly classified staff, they are aiming at maintaining a leading position in the development of marketing of automatic milking systems. They will contribute to the objectives by know-how and experience, and by being an intermediate between research institutes and dairy farms with a Prolion-based automatic milking system.
